1. Acceptance of Terms

• You must be a resident of or located in a jurisdiction where online betting is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You must register with accurate, complete, and truthful personal information, including your full name, date of birth, and contact details.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on 96bet or any affiliated platform.
• You may only hold one personal account. Operating multiple accounts is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate suspension.

3. Account Registration and Security

When you register with 96bet, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity that occurs under your account is your sole responsibility.

96bet implements industry-standard SSL encryption and security protocols to protect your account data. However, you are expected to take reasonable precautions on your end. • Bets accepted and confirmed by the system are binding. Technical errors during placement are reviewed case-by-case, and 96bet's decision is final.
• Live cricket betting markets (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers matches) are subject to suspension or settlement based on real-time match events.
• Any attempt to exploit software vulnerabilities, use bots, or manipulate game outcomes constitutes fraud and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Users of 96bet are expected to conduct themselves responsibly and lawfully at all times. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, or legal action:

• Registering or operating more than one account per person, household, or device.
• Using fraudulent payment methods, stolen credit cards, or engaging in any form of payment fraud or money laundering.
• Employing automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
